Our model significantly reduces operating expenses for their clients. Powered by an ML and deep learning algorithms, multiple data sources are scored by the model to identify signals and anomalies in the data, where prescribed actions should be taken to proactively mitigate failure. By following the prescribed recommendations from the model, actions taken are only against the population of customers that the model scored as the highest probability to fail (typically capturing 80% all unproductive dispatches, in the worst 30% of the population identified as “target” upcoming/pending trips or shipments). The model is continuously evolving by leveraging self-learning through dynamic rescoring.
