Remote Access & Monitoring

 All of the Support Center Gateways are designed so that our technical support has 24/7 remote access to all the equipment on your network. 
In the event of a network outage or equipment issue our staff will actively troubleshoot to resolve it . If the problem is not solvable remotely, then our systems will notify both your property. And our team of installers and on-site support specialists to schedule a site visit to resolve it.

Site Survey

 We will send one of our certified installers out to your establishment to design a plan that fits your business needs and meet your requirements. The process includes a comprehensive plan to ensure that your clients can maintain a strong connection no matter where they are in your building(s) and a record of the precise locations of each piece of equipment, allowing our technicians to troubleshoot on a room-by-room basis.
After the site survey has been completed, our certified installers will install all of the equipment needed to maintain 99.99% up time on your TechGuru managed network. As soon as installation is complete, you have nothing to worry about. Our proactive technicians will keep an eye on your TechGuru network to make sure everything is running smoothly.
